Downing Street CPAs partners up with High Country Executive Search, a boutique finance & accounting Search firm owned by Monte Merz. Monte has over 18 years of experience in the Search industry, and has owned his own business for 8 of those years. A significant piece of Monte's business is from finance & accounting consulting arrangements, so Downing Street CPAs and High Country Executive Search together will be able to offer multi-person teams to clients, rather than focusing on smaller one or two person engagements.
