Downing Street CPAs merges with Sam Gregory, CPA, a Denver CPA firm specializing in taxes for over 25 years, with more than 450 clients. Downing Street and Sam Gregory will leverage each other's strengths to provide quality CFO level services and strategic tax planning and compliance.

Downing Street CPAs begins a long-term project with a multi-billion $ International mining company as part of a strategic divestiture. Focus was on forecasted Cash Flows and 3 year audited financial statements in compliance with IFRS stanrdards.
